    An award winning best seller, this shampoo bar is shine enhancing, gentle and sulphate free. For normal, dry, curly and coloured hair.

    The Rebalancing One – solid shampoo bar

    Formulated to be higher foaming in hard water and more effective at removing styling products or silicones. It’s still gentle and won’t strip your hair of natural oils leaving it soft, shiny and clean. For normal, oily, or thick hair. 

    The Fragrance Free One – solid conditioner bar (full size 65g)

    A moisturising conditioner bar with Coconut, Macadamia and Argan oils is light, yet powerful enough to nourish your hair, making it soft and shiny. The same formulation as the award winning conditioner bar, The Restoring One just without any added essential oils.

    Shipping Policy

    We ship to the UK using Royal Mail 2nd class as our standard. For orders £20 and over postage is free, below that £3.00.

    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 working days. All our fulfilment is done by a wonderful Social Enterprise, Mail Out who provide training and employment for people with learning difficulties.

    Because we care about the planet, all our packaging is 100% plastic free (even the tape) and planet friendly, being compostable or recyclable.

    All orders are subject to availability and we strive to keep an up to date stock holding. In the unlikely instance that an order has been placed for a product that is no longer available or may be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed, we would like to know, so please make sure you contact us

    If you are an individual and are not buying goods on behalf of a business, you can cancel your order without giving any reason at any time up to 14 days from the day on which you receive your products (provided they are unopened). You must notify us of your cancellation.

    Returns will be at your own expense and the shipping cost is not refundable. You must ensure that the products are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We recommend you obtain proof of sending from your parcel carrier. This is free with Royal Mail.

    If your cancellation is after despatch, once we receive the products, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 14 days.
