    Upcircle Cleansing Face Balm with Oat Oil and Apricot Powder: A 100% natural cleanser to remove mascara, make-up and impurities. Leaves skin smooth, soft and nourished. Apply to skin and remove with a muslin cloth or flannel.

    A multi award-winning everyday cleansing face balm to gently remove makeup (including mascara), pollution and impurities. Skin is deeply cleansed, soothed and hydrated

    The balm is dermatologically approved and suitable for all skin types. Apricot powder is combined with skin-calming blackcurrant seed, blue tansy and sea buckthorn oils.

    Inspiring, upcycling, uplifting: This multi award-winning cleansing balm for sensitive skin is made with the finely-ground powder of discarded apricot stones, a natural by-product of the apricot oil industry and rich in antioxidant Vitamin E.

    This cleansing face balm was awarded winner of the CEW Responsibility Award 2022, “Best Value” product in the Women’s Running 2020 Awards and bronze for Best Oil Cleanser in the Global Makeup Awards 2022.

    With dry hands take a coin-sized amount and massage between your fingers and onto face in upward circular motions. Remove with a warm, damp cloth to reveal a clearer, brighter complexion. Best used as the first cleanse to break down make-up, SPF and any oils (sebum, sweat) on the surface of the skin. Follow with a water-based cleanse (like our chai soaps) to remove any impurities in the pores. Suitable for daily use.

    Shipping Policy

    This product is fulfilled by Counter Culture directly. We currently offer standard shipping which means orders should arrive in 3 days after being dispatched.

    Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.

    Orders received after 12 noon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

    Standard shipping costs £3.95 or is free when you spend over £25 on items fulfilled by Counter Culture.

    Refund Policy

    We want you to be entirely happy with any purchases fulfilled by Counter Culture. If you are not we ask that you get in contact within 30 days of receiving the order to resolve the matter. 

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    If you wish to cancel an item please contact us immediately via your Account Dashboard or by email help@counterculturestore.co.uk. If we are processing the order but haven't dispatched we will simply cancel the order and refund the full amount back to you via your payment method. 

    If you receive your order and find that item is missing, damaged or that the quality does not meet your expectations, then please contact us. Please let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or refund. If appropriate, please return the item to our fulfilment centre and once received we will refund you or dispatch a replacement.
