Use Olaplex Lashbond Building Serum twice daily, AM and PM, on clean, dry skin.

1. Dip the brush once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes. Do not wash off.
2. Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. There’s no need to apply to the lower lash line.
