Shipping Policy

Relaxayvoo currently delivers to UK, European and international customers. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Relaxavoo offers the following delivery options:

UK: £5.39 Usually 2 - 5 working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 8 working days for delivery. Tracking number will be provided on the shipment confirmation email.

France: £5.39Usually 2 - 5 working days to any address In France. Allow up to 8 working days for delivery. Tracking number will be provided on the shipment confirmation email.

Europe: £15.00 approximately 5-7 working days. Allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Any fees charged by customs are the sole responsability of Relaxayvoo. Tracking number will be provided on the shipment confirmation email.

International (outside Euope): £18.00 approximately 5-7 working days. Allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Any fees charged by customs are the sole responsability of Relaxayvoo. Tracking number will be provided on the shipment confirmation email.

Refund Policy

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. We will process your refund as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.  Your refund will be made by the original or agreed payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods.

Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. If your order value after returning your items no longer qualifies for free shipping, delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Each return is assessed on an individual basis taking customer history into consideration

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Products purchased from a physical store or from other websites are subject to the returns policies of the store or website from which they were purchased and are not eligible to be returned to us in accordance with these terms.

Relaxayvoo will offer you a refund (excluding delivery fees) on unopened items returned to us within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition.

All costs for returns are charged to the customer unless the reason for the return is that the product is incorrect, misdescribed or faulty (see below)

1 - Contact us.

by email at help@counterculturestore.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA), provide order reference number, contact details, whether you want a refund or a replacement and the reason why you are returning the item. Returns cannot be processed without the RA.

 2 - Return items.  

Send the items you wish to return to us including your RA. Wrap items securely in the same or similar packaging in which you received them.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend the customer uses a delivery service that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot accept any returns. Relaxayvoo is not liable for lost returned parcels.

  • Faulty goods

We recommend you inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return.  We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging if possible.
