1. Begin filling your bath with warm water as you would normally.
2. Once about halfway full, add a small amount of bath oil to the water. We recommend starting with just a tablespoon or two, and adjusting the amount as you like.
3. Use your hands or a bath mitt to blend the oil evenly throughout the water.
4. Get in and soak for at least 15-20 minutes, allowing the oil to soak into your skin and provide its moisturising benefits.
5. After indulging in a luxurious soak, rinse the bath oil off with clean water and towel dry your skin gently.
6. For added moisturising benefits, apply our body balm to your skin after drying off.

Remember that bath oils can make you bath slippery, so be careful getting in and out to avoid any accidents. Using a mat or towel on the floor outside your bath can help absorb any excess water and prevent slips.
