1. Apply Anara Replenishing Face Oil to cleansed skin to set the perfect base for the Gua Sha.

2. Press the curved edges of the Gua Sha flat to your skin and gently glide across your face and neck, as shown in the diagram. This encourages lymphatic drainage and helps ease puffiness.

3. Always use light pressure and especially if your skin is sensitive or you are pregnant or postpartum.
