The packaging of this product is 100% recyclable (glass jar and metal lid in a cardboard box), and we only use biodegradable postal packaging.

1. Take a small amount and warm it between your fingers.
2. Massage into tired feet, and pay special attention to between the toes any dry areas like heels.
3. Allow time for the Balm to absorb into the skin.

When used at night we recommend putting a pair of cotton socks on afterwards to avoid transfer of the balm to bedding or clothes.

Use as often as required.

This is not a sterile product and it contains no antimicrobial preservatives. Caution should be exercised around broken skin
especially if the immune system is compromised.

As with all skin care products test a small area of skin and observe for 24hrs to be sure there is no reaction before applying generally. Should irritation occurs discontinue use.
