1. Dispense 1 teaspoon of Footlogix Foot Soak Concentrate into lukewarm water of a foot bath.
2. Soak feet for 5-10 minutes or less than 5 minutes if diabetic.
3. Dispense a small amount onto a bath sponge when using as a shower gel.
