Doctor Seaweed ishga Seaweed Bath

The Ishga Seaweed Bath acts as a giant tea bag for your bath and  provides a home restoring bath experience while it re-mineralises the body and hydrates the skin and also soothes away aches and pains you may be experiencing.

Hebridean Seaweed is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and other bioactive compounds that are wonderful for your skin. When using our seaweed bath, your skin absorbs these compounds re-mineralising the body and hydrating the skin and hair. The ishga Seaweed Bath will soothe away aches and pains and may also help with skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and acne.

Place the seaweed bag in the bath directly under the hot water tap and turn on the tap so that the hot water jet is soaking the bag (Do not open the bag). Continue filling the bath with hot water to the desired level.

Leave the bag to soak in the hot water for 5 – 10 minutes to allow the seaweed to hydrate and infuse the water with the plant’s natural compounds.

Add cold water to obtain a comfortable bath temperature and then add the ishga Invigorating Bath Salts.

Soak in the bath and squeeze the bag to release more of the seaweed’s goodness. You can also use the bag like an exfoliating sponge to apply the seaweed bioactive compounds directly to your skin and hair.

You can keep your Seaweed Bath after its first use to dry out and reuse again (recommended within one week of first use). The ishga seaweed bath and muslin bags are 100% biodegradable so after use either dispose of in your organic bin or add to your compost heap.

Not suitable for use during pregnancy or if suffering from thyroid issues due to the Iodine content of the seaweed.
