In the evening, lightly massage 1-2 pumps onto your cleansed face and neck avoiding the eye area. Allow to absorb and apply your favourite night-time moisturiser.
(If you like to use a toner after cleansing, avoid AHA/BHA toners and at night opt for a hydrating essence instead)

Even if you have used retinoids before, we recommend you build up to daily use gradually, using twice a week for the first 2 weeks, three times a week for a further 2-4 weeks, working up to every night if well tolerated. For many, using every other night sees effective results.

While using, always apply high protection, broad spectrum sunscreen during daytime hours to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays and maintain skin health and longevity.
