Fusing ancient plant wisdom with modern methods, our tinctures are a unique blend of traditional herbs and plants, extracted in an alcohol-free formulation, to support moments of rest, calm, energy, digestion and inner spirit.

During a trip to LA to visit her sister, founder Fleur discovered the wonderful world of herbal tinctures. 

She was intrigued by their simplicity, immediate potency, and ease of use. She dislikes swallowing large pills, so tinctures seemed like the perfect solution for her. Upon returning to the UK, I found little information or options for tinctures, which inspired her to create her own blends and make tinctures more approachable, simple to understand and more widely used in the UK.

Drawing on her background in wellness cuisine (she previously ran a food delivery business that provided freshly cooked meals for new parents), and with the guidance of a medical herbalist, she developed her collection of tinctures to meet her own and others' wellness needs, including support for sleep, stress, mood, energy, and inner wellbeing.
