1. Wet your Hair
Rinse your head under the shower, making sure your hair and scalp are wet before using your scalp massager and scrubber.

2. Apply Shampoo
Dispense your usual shampoo directly onto your ScrubMeScalp - it’s best to ensure the shampoo is evenly spread between the soft silicone spikes.

3. Start the Scalp Massage
Use the scalp scrubber to slowly work the shampoo into your hair and scalp. In small, circular motions, gently massage your scalp, helping to cleanse and stimulate circulation. If your hair is long, you can use the ScrubMeScalp as a shampoo brush to slowly brush the shampoo from root to tip

4. Rinse Well
Rinse out all shampoo and residue from your hair and the scrubber.

5. Repeat for Conditioner
Repeat steps 2 to 4 with your favourite conditioner.

6. Hang to Dry
