1. Wet the ScrubMeBody

Rinse your silicone body scrubber under warm water to soften the bristles.

2. Apply your Favourite Shower Gel

Add a small amount of shower gel directly onto the bristles of the scrubber.

3. Gently Exfoliate

Massage the scrubber over your skin in circular motions, allowing the bristles to work their magic and by gently exfoliating and cleansing your skin. If you feel comfortable, increase the intensity on areas that need extra exfoliation.

4. Rinse & Repeat
