Founder Gavin has had an extensive 20-year journey within the hair industry. He has witnessed the dominance of major brands, leaving little room for more ethical businesses to thrive. Not only did this frustrate him but he strugged to find a company that prioritised natural ingredients whilst catering to his allergy-prone skin which had suffered from past exposure to toxic, chemical-based products. This fuelled his determination to make a difference. Dot & Lola emerged from this unwavering commitment to drive change within the industry.
