    BAO Skincare’s Happiness Candle – by popular demand smells just like BAO’s Recovery Face Cream.

    The Pot is hand made in Dorset from a non-toxic and water based eco-friendly, flame resistant resin called Jesmonite. We think these pots are super. When you’ve finished the candle why not re-use it as a beautiful mini plant pot, pencil pot or even a toothbrush holder.

    The candle is made for BAO by Otter Candles. Just like BAO’s skincare products the Happiness Candle is certified by The Vegan Society. This means it’s 100% cruelty free and vegan whilst also containing NO harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, paraffin wax or parabens. Made using the finest creamy sustainable soy wax and the delicious Sweet Orange and Geranium scent is from 100% pure botanical essential oils.

    Burn time is around 20-29 hours

    Once you’ve lit your candle, keep it going until the top layer of wax has melted all the way to the edge of the jar. By doing this, you are preventing your candle from tunnelling (very annoying, don’t recommend) you will also get the most scent from your candle if you allow the burn pool to reach the jar.

    Top tip: Before each burn, be sure to trim your wick to around 1/4 of an inch. Doing this encourages a much cleaner, brighter burn and prevents the wick from doing that weird mushroom thing.

    This product is fulfilled by Counter Culture directly. Shipping is free on all orders fulfilled by us.

    Orders are dispatched with 1-3 days and delivered by Royal Mail - Standard parcel delivery. Royal Mail aims to delivery within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

    Refund Policy

    We want you to be entirely happy with any purchases fulfilled by Counter Culture. If you are not we ask that you get in contact within 30 days of receiving the order to resolve the matter. 

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    If you wish to cancel an item please contact us immediately via your Account Dashboard or by email [email protected] If we are processing the order but haven't dispatched we will simply cancel the order and refund the full amount back to you via your payment method. 

    If you receive your order and find that item is missing, damaged or that the quality does not meet your expectations, then please contact us. Please let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or refund. If appropriate, please return the item to our fulfilment centre and once received we will refund you or dispatch a replacement.
