1. Apply the DETOXIFYING MASK and leave on the face for 10 minutes until fully foamed.
2. Place EYE THERAPY Masks under the eyes ensuring the smallest end of the mask sits closest to the nose.
3. Once the EYE THERAPY MASKS are in place, apply a thin layer of BLACK PEEL CHARCOAL MASK around the T zone section of the face and around the EYE THERAPY MASKS. Wait 15-20 minutes until fully dry and elastic, remove in an upward direction starting at the chin. Next remove the EYE THERAPY MASKS.
4. Complete your regime by using the REJUVENATING sheet mask for 15 minutes.5. After 3/4 days rehydrate the skin with the NOURISHING sheet mask for 15 minutes.

Shipping Policy

This product is fulfilled by Counter Culture directly. We currently offer standard shipping which means orders should arrive in 3 days after being dispatched.

Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 12 noon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Standard shipping costs £3.95 or is free when you spend over £25 on items fulfilled by Counter Culture.

Refund Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with any purchases fulfilled by Counter Culture. If you are not we ask that you get in contact within 30 days of receiving the order to resolve the matter. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel an item please contact us immediately via your Account Dashboard or by email help@counterculturestore.co.uk. If we are processing the order but haven't dispatched we will simply cancel the order and refund the full amount back to you via your payment method. 

If you receive your order and find that item is missing, damaged or that the quality does not meet your expectations, then please contact us. Please let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or refund. If appropriate, please return the item to our fulfilment centre and once received we will refund you or dispatch a replacement.
