What is the ecoegg Laundry Egg?
The ecoegg Laundry Egg is a unique and innovative laundry washing system that cleans clothes effectively, using two types of mineral pellets plus a small amount of detergent, encased in a recyclable egg.
Kinder to the environment and kind to your skin, the ecoegg Laundry Egg completely replaces laundry detergent and fabric conditioner, giving you a greener laundry solution.
Should you need to buy more tourmaline pellets (the black ones), they are included in Laundry Egg Refill packs.
We recommend you detox your machine before using the Laundry Egg with ecoegg Detox Tablets.
Firstly, we recommend cleaning your machine with an ecoegg Detox Tablet so that any residue from previously used detergents or fabric conditioners are cleaned away.
Then, simply open your Laundry Egg and fill the larger half of the egg with the two types of mineral pellets. Top tip: The Laundry Egg Holder is perfect for holding your egg case when you add the pellets. Close your egg so that it ‘clicks’ and place it in your washing machine on top of your laundry.
The mineral pellets work together in the water to effectively draw dirt from your clothing fibres and soften your clothes leaving your laundry clean and fresh without using harmful chemical laden detergents. The mineral pellets in the ecoegg Laundry Egg are perfect for people with sensitive skin, are non-biological and do not contain any petrochemicals, enzymes, bleaches, phosphates, parabens, SLS/SLES, palm oil or microplastics. You’ll need to replace your mineral pellets after approximately 2 months of use (this time frame will depend on whether you have the initial 70 wash egg or 50 wash refills, how often you put a wash on and the machine wash cycle you choose.)

Shipping Policy
This product is fulfilled by Counter Culture directly. We currently offer standard shipping which means orders should arrive in 3 days after being dispatched.
Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12 noon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Standard shipping costs £3.95 or is free when you spend over £25 on items fulfilled by Counter Culture.
Refund Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with any purchases fulfilled by Counter Culture. If you are not we ask that you get in contact within 30 days of receiving the order to resolve the matter.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel an item please contact us immediately via your Account Dashboard or by email help@counterculturestore.co.uk. If we are processing the order but haven't dispatched we will simply cancel the order and refund the full amount back to you via your payment method.
If you receive your order and find that item is missing, damaged or that the quality does not meet your expectations, then please contact us. Please let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or refund. If appropriate, please return the item to our fulfilment centre and once received we will refund you or dispatch a replacement.
