Our bar is made with African black soap and botanical actives selected for your hair profile. African black soap is the star of this show. It’s often been referred to as the best thing you can do for your skin in terms of keeping it clear and healthy, so it comes as no surprise that it’s just as great for your hair. This 100% natural soap is made from plantain skins, palm leaves, cocoa pod powder, and kernel oil. It’s full of vitamins A and C, plus tons of antioxidants.

    The hair mask: Our custom-made hair mask is full of active ingredients that can transform the look and feel of your curls. Deep conditioning is a great way of penetrating the hair from the inside out, so it stays hydrated, soft and damage-free.

    Here's how it works: you order, we formulate, and then we ship! This process typically takes 7-9 business days from the time the order is placed. We'll make sure to send you a shipping notification with a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 40 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll make things right. We offer two options: you can receive adjusted formulas free of charge, or you can return your order for a full refund. Please note that we offer formula adjustments as a one-time exchange, and we cannot offer multiple exchanges on the same order. To receive adjusted formulas, contact us via the Support button next to your order details on your Account page . Please provide your order number and feedback about your products. Our team will provide full instructions for completing the adjustment survey. For a full refund, contact us via the Support button. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return request. We'll provide a prepaid return label, and we'll be back in touch when your refund has been issued.

    To start a return, you can contact via the Support button. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
