POSY Shampoo Bars are made from coconuts with butters and oils.  They foam beautifully and they’re ph-balanced for your hair so you won’t have to go through a transition phase.   Will leave your hair shiny and soft.  

How to use

To use your Shampoo Bar, simply wet your hair, then rub the bar over the hair a few times. Work in to a lather, then rinse. Follow with conditioner as needed. For best results, allow the Shampoo Bar to dry completely between uses – a draining soap dish is best. Bars left in water will not last as long as if they are left to dry. One Shampoo Bar can last up to as long as 2 to 3 average sized bottles of shampoo – results may vary depending on hair length, how hard or soft your water is & if it is left to dry completely between uses.

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 5pm (weekdays) will be packaged and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 5pm will ship on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship on Monday. Once it’s left us, it’s down to your friendly local postie, but with first class shipping it shouldn’t take more than a couple of days (UK).

Refund Policy

We refund money on receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition. This means they have not been used, opened or have damaged packaging. We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do however want you to be delighted so please do reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make you happy.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your POSY product(s). We know you will love POSY but if for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, get in touch via the Customer dashboard.

If you have received a wrong product its because we may have just got it wrong. Please contact us via the Support button next to your order details in your Account Page and we’ll unite you with the correct item. If possible, attach a photo of the incorrect order you have received and state the item that’s missing. There’s no need to return the incorrect item so please keep it as a spare or pass it onto a friend who might love POSY.

If you change your mind you can return it to us in its original, resalable condition. For reasons of hygiene, your item must remain unopened and unused or we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please confirm your cancellation in writing to us via email. You may have to return the goods to us as we aim to despatch items the following working day in most cases.

You will be responsible for packaging up your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. Except in the case of returning faulty items, shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it’s best to send it Registered Post and to get a tracking number.
