Bunch Skincare can offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original & re-saleable condition, with no broken seals. Once we receive the items and their condition is checked, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery fees). Bunch Skincare is not liable for the cost of returning any goods. Before you do return products, please contact us, so we know to expect it and let us know the reason why you’d like to return the product. Please bear in mind that the products you have purchased are handmade in small batches and 100% natural. This means they occasionally have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour, consistency or scent).

Incorrect shipping address

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we should be able to change the delivery address for you. If you’ve used an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. If your parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address.

If your parcel has gone missing, please contact us immediately and we will contact our shipping company to attempt to track down the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of re-delivery or collection. For international orders, please wait 28 days from ordering before assuming the item is lost.
