How to use
Press 2-3 drops in the palms of your hands. Inhale deeply, breathing in for 5 seconds and breathing out for 7 seconds. Gently press around the face, neck and upper chest and sweep upwards with light strokes, avoiding the eye area. Can be used after cleansing and moisturising, morning and / or evening but make sure you follow up with a good, reef-friendly SPF for daytime.
