1. Warm a small amount between your hands or place the jar in warm water
2. Apply directly to the scalp and massage in gently
3. Distribute through strands from mid-lengths to ends
4. Leave in for a minimum of 20 minutes, or overnight for deep conditioning
5. Rinse out or leave in, depending on your hair’s needs
